Cancellation Policy

The $50 deposit will go toward your service. Please notify me 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any no call or no shows will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointments starting price. The day of your appointment please arrive on time. I have a 15 minute late policy,anything beyond 15 minutes late will be considered a no show resulting in loss of your deposit or 50% of service booked. A new deposit will be required to rebook. We have a no refund policy , shall you have any issues or concern about your service you have one week to notify your provider and discuss potential solutions such as a complementary redo treatment or a treatment to help address any concern concerns that may arise.
